ADD ICE TO ZIPPER POCKETS POUR COLD WATER ON OR SOAK IN ICE CHEST WATER ZIP ICE POCKET CLOSED - WRING OUT & WEAR

DIRECTIONS :
1. Add ice to ziper pockets.
2. Pour water ( preferably cold) all over hat or soak in ice chest water. (non food ice chest)
3. Wring out, place on head or twist like a towel and place behind neck & use like cooling towel.
NOTE : Can cause freeze headaches if to much ice is used! Only a small quantity is needed in top 3 pockets.
